Toys 'R' Us has given us the first look at a definite must-have for any on-the-go wannabe rock god. Priced at $179.99, the limited edition Nintendo DS
Guitar Hero Bundle includes the game,
Guitar Grip, and a swanky two-toned silver & black DS Lite with silkscreened
Guitar Hero logo. (You know, in case the stylus strumming and shouts of "Star Power!" don't give away what game you're playing.)
The bundle goes on sale June 29, one week after the, er ... "light rock" version of
Guitar Hero: On Tour. Given all the
evidence, we're pretty much convinced Nintendo is going for some kind of record for "most bundles and color variations of a handheld gaming system
ever."

Kinda sucks though. In Japan, you can get all the colour variations whenever you want. In North America, you have to get them in a "bundle".
It's a good colour (the best, in my opinion) though. I don't know if there is real metal/aluminum, etc. on it, but it does have a different feel than the regular white or black ones.
I hope they release variations of this bundle with different colors just so I can have an excuse to use the line GREEN RED YELLOW BLUE - WHAT WILL YOU DO?

I really think Activision is now in the habit of just yelling FIRST whether it's true or not.

If so than, this wouldn't be the first third-party bundle.
